Black poplar(Populus nigra)
 
Levels of action: arteries of the lower extremities, respiratory system, urinary tract, osteoarticular system.
 
Basic recommendations:
Circulatory system: tones arterial circulation in the lower extremities;
Respiratory System: Supports the proper functioning of the respiratory system (antiseptic, expectorant and cough suppressant).
 
Suggestions for combining with other gemotherapeutic products:
for productive cough, for an antiseptic effect at the level of the respiratory tract, diluting bronchial secretions and a cough soothing, with hornbeam bud extract;
 
Mode of application:
Adults and children over 7 years of age: usually 2 ml, dissolved in a small amount of water, 3 times a day before meals.
In combination with other gemmopreparations, usually 3 ml, dissolved in a small amount of water, once a day before meals.
1ml = approx. 25 drops
The duration of treatment can vary from 1 to 3 months. The reception can be repeated 1-2 months after the break.
