Basic recommendations:
Toning, general drainage: helps relieve physical and mental asthenia. Helps remove toxins from the body as a whole.

Suggestions for combining with other gemotherapeutic products:
for physical and mental fatigue - with teran bud extract (psychophysical weakness) and rose hip bud extract or sea buckthorn extract;
to support physical activity (sports) and intelligence, with apple bud extract 
in spring for detoxification (stimulation of intestinal and antiasthenic peristalsis) with birch sap extract (detoxification of kidneys, joints and skin) and extract from rosemary shoots - (, choleretic and choleretic);
to maintain gum integrity with fir bud extract and bud extract  common birch;
in general, to increase potency, with birch seed extract and ash seed extract 
in women, with decreased libido, with raspberry sprout extract

To regulate intestinal function in case of constipation, it is treated with lingonberry sprouts extract.
 
Mode of application:
Adults and children over 7 years of age: usually 2 ml, dissolved in a small amount of water, twice daily before meals.
In combination with other gemotherapeutic agents, usually 3 ml in a small amount of water once daily before meals.

The duration of treatment can vary from 1 to 3 months. The reception can be repeated 1-2 months after the break.
